At DKB Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or significantly different product from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and other included items should be kept with the product where applicable.
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, negligence, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For products that are not defective or incorrect, return eligibility may depend on the product category and condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may be the customer's responsibility.

Certain hygiene-related products, used personal-care items, or products that cannot reasonably be resold may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through an available bank transfer or digital payment method after the customer provides the required payment details.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval, depending on the payment method or financial institution.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For COD orders, refusing or repeatedly abandoning confirmed orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
